You may request a reschedule or cancellation for your guidance session up to 12 hours before your scheduled session time by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 97307 10117).
Due to the custom, time-based nature of intuitive guidance, tarot readings, and personalized astrology calculations, completed sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
If your fragrance oil or attar arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
